11/20(土) AFS主催第4期アジア架け橋留学生の歓迎会を行いました！
2018年度より5ヵ年計画で始まった『文部科学省補助事業アジア架け橋留学生プロジェクト』は、公益財団法人AFSにより実施されています。
11月20日(土)、ホストスクールである本校にてAFS主催の歓迎会を行いました。AFS博多支部 支部長の坂本様をはじめご担当者、本校と同じAFS博多支部に所属する九州産業大学附属九州産業高校に通う留学生1名（タイ）とともに、晴れやかな歓迎の場となりました。
留学生は色鮮やかな民族衣装をまとい、各国の歌やダンスを披露。アジアの熱気が会に華を添えました！
3月の帰国までの間、AFSと本校が協力し留学生・生徒たちをサポートしながら、将来を見据えた異文化交流の礎を築いていきたいと思います。
The “Asia Kakehashi Project,” a five-year project supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), is being implemented by AFS, a public incorporated foundation.
On Saturday, November 20, AFS hosted a welcome party at our school, where we were joined by Mr. Sakamoto, the head of the AFS Hakata Branch, other staff members, and one international student (Thailand) from Kyushu Sangyo High School which belongs to the same AFS Hakata Branch as our school.
The international students wore brightly colored ethnic costumes and performed songs and dances from their countries. The Asian enthusiasm added charm to the event!
Until the students return home in March, AFS and our school will continue to work together to support them and build a foundation for cross-cultural exchange.
