新SGコース探究科で最初のプレゼンテーションを行いました / First Presentation at Tankyu Class (Research Project)
高校2年生のSGコース探究科で、5月9日(水)と16日(水)にグループプレゼンテーションを行いました。第2クール「食と社会文化」では、宗教によって口にできるものが異なる例や、国/地域の違いから生じる食生活の違いとその違いがもたらす栄養バランスの違いの例を紹介し、それらの情報を基に各グループで探究したいテーマを決め、リサーチを行いました。日本食が諸外国で受け入れられにくい理由として、体内にある消化酵素に違いがあることや、食習慣や文化の違いから日本人が重要視する食感の違いに対する諸外国の反応など、グループ毎に興味深いリサーチ結果を発表していました。
発表者・聴講者共に活発な意見交換がされ、新学期がスタートして初めてのプレゼンとは思えないほど主体性を感じる時間でした。走り始めた2年生新SGコースのこれからに目が離せません！
Currently, the SG 2nd Grade students are investigating the relationships of food to various social issues for their Tankyu class (research projects).The students have formed groups, and have given presentations about what they researched. Some groups investigated how different religious backgrounds influence food culture in different places, while other groups focused on the nutritional balances between cuisines from different regions.
It was amazing to see not only presenters but also audience members give many comments and share their thoughts over the topics beign discussed. Even though this was the first major presentation for the SG 2nd year students, they did a great job. We are all looking forward to seeing what they have learned, and in turn, what they can teach us.
